Redux

(August, 2008) Time for an update…

The nature of my (our) posts have historically been short and far in-between… As such, this (new) tumblr driven blog is consequently comprised mostly of short quick entries:  links, video clips, images, quotes, conversations, etc.  Whatever happens to catch our attention at the moment.  We feel this format is more in keeping with the nature of contemporary blogging…  tumblr is somewhere midpoint between a formal blog and the simplicity of Twitter or Facebook updates, breaking up posts by type, though nonetheless based on quick errant entries without the formal diatribes expected of more “formal” blogging…

Our hope is this format will (ideally) provide for more frequent (albeit sometimes random and nonsensical) entries.  Also, that the posts will not be strictly bound within the confines of goat(architecture) the practice (eg: too archi-centric or project based).  This is our release valve. Those will be reserved for our formal site.

We’ll see how this shakes out in the end…
